Agent Service Fees
Flight Connect Pro LLC charges service fees for agent assistance with new flight bookings, rescheduling, flight cancellations, rebookings, and refund requests. These fees compensate our licensed travel agents for their time and expertise.
Fee Disclosure
Before any action is taken on your behalf, your agent will clearly state:
- The exact service fee amount
- What services are included
- Any estimated airline fees or fare differences
- That you must provide explicit authorization before charges are processed
Services That May Incur Agent Fees
- Flight cancellation assistance
- Flight reschedule and change assistance
- Refund claim assistance
- Complex or multi-passenger bookings
- New flight booking assistance
Your agent provides the exact fee amount before proceeding — no charges without your authorization.
Airline Fees (Separate)
Airline-imposed fees — including cancellation fees, change fees, and fare differences — are separate from our agent service fees. These are collected by the airline according to their policies and fare rules.
Service Fee Refunds
If our agent is unable to complete the requested service due to factors within our control, you may be eligible for a refund of the agent service fee. Contact billing@flightconnectpro.com within 30 days.
Service fees are generally non-refundable once the requested action has been successfully completed, even if the airline's outcome (e.g., refund denial) is not what you hoped for.
Airline Refunds
We do not control airline refund decisions. Refund eligibility depends on fare type, airline policy, and booking conditions. Our agents assist with the process but cannot guarantee airline refunds.
